✨ What's included in the Membership?
Your membership includes customized services each month, priority booking access, and exclusive member-only offers. Every session is designed to maintain your skin’s health, restore balance, and support your emotional well-being.
✨ Can I cancel anytime?
The Radiance Ritual Membership is a 12-month commitment.
Real results and restoration take time, and this structure honors that process. After the 12 months, you may renew your membership, go month-to-month, or upgrade.
✨ What happens if I miss a month?
Members are permitted to roll over one (1) missed facial session per six (6) month membership term, which must be used within thirty (30) days of the originally scheduled month.
Missed sessions beyond this allowance are forfeited and will not be credited, refunded, or extended. Rollover sessions do not accumulate.
This policy is in place to maintain fair and consistent scheduling for all members and to protect the integrity of our service model. (Will modify for special circumstances.)
✨ Can I gift my session to someone else?
Membership sessions are non-transferable. Your membership is a personal commitment to your own skin health and self-care journey.
