Using light hands-on or hands-off techniques, Reiki promotes relaxation, emotional comfort, and nervous system support during a physically and emotionally demanding time. Clients remain fully clothed during the session, which typically lasts 40 Reiki may help with: • Stress and anxiety • Emotional fatigue • Sleep support • Overall sense of calm This service is not a substitute for medical care and should be used alongside conventional treatment with the approval of a healthcare provider.
