Cancellation Policy

Pure Spa Wellness Booking & Cancellation Policy Booking and Payment Requirements All appointments (In-House and Mobile Services) require full payment at the time of booking. Payments are non-refundable. If payment is not received at the time of booking, your appointment will be automatically cancelled. Oncology Services (Mobile Only) To schedule Mobile Oncology Services, please email, text, or call to confirm availability. Once your date and time are confirmed, Pure Spa Wellness will send an official email confirmation. Accepted Payment Methods: PayPal, Clover POS, and business checks. (Note: A $100 fee will apply for any returned business checks.) Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you cancel your appointment, you may reschedule within 30 days at no additional charge. If you do not reschedule within 30 days, a $25 rebooking fee will be required to schedule a new appointment. No-Shows must also pay a $25 rebooking fee before scheduling again. Inclement Weather, Illness, or Emergency: Pure Spa Wellness reserves the right to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, you will be offered an alternative date and free service or in extreme cases a refund.
